fed baby refuses to sleep longer than 2 hours?

HELP!! My fed baby has not and will not sleep longer than 2 hours at a time. He is 10 weeks and 14.5 pounds. I am a walking zombie... it is hard to spend quality time with him b/c I am so tried and frustrated. I often think i am to ruff with him at night. I do not want to hurt him and I want to really bond with him. Any suggestions ...
