How to unfasten random mazda cx9 seatbelt?

I just rented a mazda cx9 and there's a random seatbelt strapped into the rear seat. this is not one of the seatbelts for the three rear seats and I'd coming from there trunk area. the buckle does not have a on to push to unclick the belt and I'm wondering how, if possible, to unfasten it.
