MMA weight loss question!?

Wow, i dont ever think ive had this problem to answer :) you have great cardio and muscle strength, but your right to fight at Heavy weight you need to lose 20 LB(but you can cut 10 if you have min of 8% body fat) and a man with as much muscle m as you is going to have a hard time with this but i have a few ideas. ok first of all no more heavy lifting this is only going to give you high muscle m keep it to light loads and high reps medium sets. next im sure with your experience you have a good diet so im sure you have high protein and min carb with low simple carbs this is the best for now but make sure your getting Inositol,Choline,C and all of your B vitamins they help with weight reduction. next and the biggest Long cardio not short sprints, for MMA we need lots of cardio and it is the cardio you've been doing (short but many sprints) but the longer you can go at 60-70%(and this number is important) for min of 45 min will reduce your weight and im sure you will hate it at first but its the only way to healthy lose weight look at long distance runners they all are lean and skinny and sprinters are lean and built (wide receivers vs defensive Ends) so if you do all this and have min of 8% body fat after that the day before your fight you can cut max of 10 lb and still be a monster after your body gets use to this weight you can go back to the heavy lifting.(im sure with your experience as a wrestler you can cut weight higher than 10 but in MMA its the best if you dont cut to much let you body be your guide). And for Muay thai or kempo i recommend Muay thai or boxing they will work better with judo and wrestling. enjoy

How To Get Involved With Dating?

Ok so I'm 16 years old and am not very socially involved. I like to focus on the quality of my schoolwork and that usually means my schedule consists of wake up, school, come home, homework, then sleep. Okay, I'm 5'10 185, I bodybuild, I'm at 12% BodyFat, and my arms are '17. But.. Is it just me, I don't feel big, without my shirt I see myself cut, etc and in my head i think i look huge. but when i put on a shirt and go out i feel like im really small. like in width. I see that i look scrawny.. why is this? are bodybuilders suppoused to look small or what.. :/ nobody says i look big, nor they say i can lift any heavy weights. I tell them my max bench is 240, squat 335, deadlift 385, and they dont beleive me... I dont know why I look so small, is this normal for all you bodybuilders out there to rephrase the question: "I feel big when I look at myself wih my shirt off, but when I have clothes on I look small (mirror wise)" Thanks.

Mustang smoking issues...?

i have a 88 mustang 5.0l with tons of mods, the car runs and drives great, with the exception of this smoke, its only done it twice, and ive narrow it down to both times the car had about 1.5 to 2 gallons of gas, (mustangs only have a 12 gallon tank, i fill it everyday just about), but with the gas that low the car will smoke a thick white smoke, not oil or coolant burning i know those smokes, but more a heavy white smoke that smells almost of kerosene, after i fill it up with fuel 93 octane or higher its fine.....any clues???

I use the c&g brands of cereal for my son and I found them to be the same, the meausing on the back is just a guide and you really need to add more milk than it says. Some of the c&g you mix water rather than milk and I find these don't go as thick and the splodgy way your talking about. My testicles don't ache if I squeeze them anymore, I'm concerned..?

I do have a small 1/2 pea size lump in the epiditymis of my right testicle, it was checked on ultrasound. They said it was a benign cyst. Well, I just notice that when I squeeze my testicles there is absolutely no ache. I'm just kind of concerned. It used to at least ache up in my abdomen. I have to squeeze hard just to feel anything a little bit up there (not comfortable doing this) Also, there are all kinds of visible spider veins in the skin of the sack that weren't there before. The urologist seems unconcerned. I've been having all kinds of weird symptoms lately, intermittent achy upper abdomen, intermittent achy ribs in my back, thighs sometimes get a dull deep achy burn. Any ideas? This has been going on 4 months, it's becoming insane!!

Currently have 2 partitions, both are in NTFS. One for OS, and another for data. I've heard that XP & 7 uses different NTFS versions, so it's good idea just format first partition when installing XP and my data on second one will left untouched? Or just copy all data to external HDD and format all partitions with XP retail CD?

i did the same thing in highschool. i focused so much on making friends and people not liking me that i started to not be myself around people with out noticing it. other people will though but they won't be able to pinpoint it exactly but they just won't like you. they'll just feel something off about you. just stop thinking about it so much and when you meet people be yourself. it seems like you can't let loose either in fear of them not liking you. i still do that. i catch myself being all serious and technical because i don't want to seem weird or overly excited. i catch myself and just relax and laugh a little. say what's on your mind.. not what you think you should say to start conversation. and maybe the people you can't talk to aren't your type of people. you'll know when it's effortless to find a topic. but you can't get along with everyone and not everyone will like you. but it gets hard to remember that when youre discouraged. gone luck!

I've always been a fan of the clics (anything before the 80's) Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Lightnin Hopkins, I like all the blues men. I also listen to some more recent stuff just to give it a chance. Try running scan disk and see if the computer can actually work the issue out with XP. There is a chance that if you run this option the computer will find that there is an error and then the screen will change to saying that it's fixing the error. After that the computer will shut down and attempt to start again. Because the black screen and the cursor is on the display, it's safe to say that the system works fine but there is something not loading to allow the computer to work. Another thing you can try is to get to the XP black screen with the mouse cursor, then do a control, alt, delete and bring up the task manager. You can then go to "New Task" and type in explorer.exe, hit enter and see if this loads the desktop. If none of these solutions work then take to a technician.

i had a dream lastnight of a key hanging around my neck by a white string. there were two other keys, but the one key that broke opened my apartment. in my dream i live in an apartment building on the 7th floor. as i walked up the stairs the key somehow got caught in the stair railing and broke in half. i dont know what this means if anything. also in the same dream i was taken by a friend to the house i live in now. but this house had been remodeled with an addition. the friend began digging into the tile floor of the old house. he dug up a safe full of money! the safe actually had hydraulic lifts on to bring it to the surface .. it was amazing. then we walked outside and in a split second i was with my family and a few friends. in what seemed like an hour a lunar eclipse darkened everything. this was the most vivid part of my dream walking through new york city looking at the stars and also an eclipse. in my dream it was absolutely beautiful. any ideas or was it just a dream?

How do I file bankrupcty without my spouse?

Ever since being married, my spouse and I have kept our finances separate. He has his bills, income and bank account and I have mine. I have no clue anything about his finances and he knows nothing about mine. He takes care of the house payment, which was his before we married. He takes care of the utlities, etc. I pay for the cleaning supplies, household items and food. We both now live on Social Security. I have several outstandning unsecured credit cards which I am unable to pay, these accounts have been turned over to an outside collection agency and I can't afford to make the payments including the payment which they have offered me as a settlement. I want to file bankrupt however the few lawyers I have called told me they need my spouses income and the last couple yrs of income taxes. ACER ASPIRE 7720 intermittent black screen please HELP!!!!!!!!!?

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice, I have had an intermittent black screen on my acer aspire 7720 for the last few months, laptop works with external screen and sometimes (was more often) would turn on, the screen would boot up fine. but recently it hasnt booted up, the fn +f6 or f5 do not work at all and device manager does not show the screen, the other day I has the blue screen with recent hardware or software changes error and then it rebooted and my screen worked, the next time I turned it off it hasnt come back on again! My dog has been hacking and wheezing for months due to allergies - what can I do?

We have a couple of dogs at our clinic that are on an allergy medication protocol. They get a shot from one vial, a week later they get a shot from another vial and on the third week a shot from the last vial. Each vial contains a different medication and the regimen is started again once the symptoms return. They come in every couple of months or so to get the shots. Okay, so my son's father and I moved in together shortly after his birth on 3/12/2010. We talked about seeing if we could make a go at a relationship from a brief summer romance last summer that resulted in my son. We pretty much had no contact from the time the pregnancy was confirmed until 32 weeks when he started coming around again. He signed the birth certificate. We both obtained a marriage license on 5/3/10 and had scheduled to go to the courthouse on 5/6/10 to get married. At his suggestion, he wanted to self solemnize the marriage and didn't want to go through the whole judge thing so we canceled the appointment. So he said let's sign it and he would drop it in the mail. I signed and then went to go tend to the baby. He picks it up and takes it and says its all ready to go and that he was going to drop it in the mail. I have asked him several times did he mail it and he says yes. On the 6th. Here it is 13 days later and the recorders office still hasn't received the license back. I helped him get a cheap car, insurance for that car, and spent countless other monies on what I thought was going to be a long term thing. We started arguing a lot after that date and on 5/17 he moved out stating that he didn't want to stay married to me. The "so-called" marriage was consummated once on 5/7 but my question is, if he never signed it and it never gets filed am I married? I spoke to the clerks office and she said that in Colorado, since the state recognizes self solemizing, if the certificate was signed a ceremony took place. But since I didn't see him sign it does that count? He was using my address when he moved in. I have several text messages from him stating that we are married. He has allowed my family to believe we are married yet I'm pretty sure he hasn't told anyone in his circle. When I ask him does he want to file for a divorce or annulment he stated he doesn't have the money right now and neither do I. I am a 25-yr-old female and I have lived in NYC for the past eight years. I went to college and graduated two years ago, and had jobs through college and in the summers. However the past year and a half has been extremely hard on me and I am unemployed. I have searched high and low for a job over and over again to the point of exhaustion and depression and by the end of this spring I had to decide to rent my apartment out over the summer to another person (I can return on Sept. 1st). I feel so powerless, trapped and ashamed as I have absolutely zero dollars in my name and am stuck having to come home to my very small town to stay with my parents all summer. I desparately needed a break, a real break from the stress, like a trip somewhere, but I have no money. My parents are for the most part good people but my dad has an anger problem and a terrible temper and some times has these outbreaks where he turns into a monster and becomes verbally abusive. I don't think it's good for me to be in this atmosphere, and when I was growing up I told myself I would never stay in this atmosphere more than a week. Like I said, most of the time is fine, but once in a while there are these episodes and I have always tried and told myself I would protect myself from it. I am counting down the hours until Sept. 1st when I can go back to my life and home in NYC and try to make a go of it again. I do believe I will find a job. My family said they would give me some money to go back there in the first month for which I am appreciative. But right now I feel really trapped. I'm not used to feeling this powerless and I feel very ashamed of myself. I don't want to go back to NYC with no money of my own but this is an extremely small place and I don't think I can find anything here I have already looked. I don't want to wish this time away. I don't want to wish my life away until Sept. 1st. I still want to make something good of this summer. However I am appalled that I have not been able to protect myself from this situation (I swore to myself I would not come back here for more than a week). CHILD VISITATION HELP!! ARE WE IN THE WRONG?

my stepsons mother is the non custodial parent. Last month we had a court date for contempt which she filed on us and we filed one on her for not paying support (she only pays 20 a week and is 1200 behind she just had to start paying back in 09!) she never showed to the court date so her charges against us were dismissed (contempt of not allowing phone time since we had our phone shut off due to financial reasons) any way..we have another court date in two weeks that we know she will not show to. She has moved to a new city refuses to give her address, as of late last month (5 days after our first court date) she has a NO BOND FELONY WARRANT for her arrest for not reporting to her work release program (she got that because of a 3rd dui charge within 3 years she got that in lieu of jail now the warrant is to send her straight to jail for violating court orders)...her last visitation weekend no one showed up...and her next visitation is this friday..she has not contacted us in 4 weeks (phone calls go through my husbands parents and they tell him if she calls or anything) her father called and asked about this weekend but we have not returned his call since its not our responsibily to work visitation out with him. We have decided not to allow her visitation and we will not be home for her to pick him up. We feel she is a flight risk and if she took off with the child we wouldnt know how to find her. Like i said court is in 2 weeks and we plan to ask for suspension of visitation rights until all her court terms are satisified. are we doing the right thing? can we get in trouble for not letting her see the child? I mean we could just have a cop here waiting to arrest her since she has the warrant out for her, but we dont want to have that drama at our house. What would you do??

Gifted or immersion...which school program should we have our 1st grader attend?

our son who is currently in kindergarten was accepted into the immersion program starting with this year. so, he has been learning spanish this year in kindergarten. it is an excellent program. they immerse the kids in the language, only teaching in spanish. it's amazing how they pick it up so quickly at that age. well, they've also tested the students for being gifted, and he has been chosen to be in that program starting next year. we can't have both at this time, though. we have to pick one. they retest the students in 5th grade for the gifted program, so we were thinking of leaving him where he's at until then. uming he'd retest into it at that time, he could be in both programs once in middle school. but, he'd be missing the gifted program until then if we chose that. and, what if he didn't test into it at that time? so, i need advice. learning spanish would be a great benefit, but of course, being in gifted cles would be also. what would you all do? sorry for the lengthy details. this is a difficult decision to make when he's still so young. although, we're also very blessed to have to be making it. thanks for all of your advice in advance!

I'm throwing my brother a send-off party before he deploys to Iraq. My husband is somewhat of an alcohol connoisseur that has basically aculated a full bar that will be at my guests' disposal. Is forcefully keeping someone from driving considered false imprisonment? What if someone gets drunk and destructive? I wouldn't want them to stay and continue their behavior, but I can't very well ask them to leave and put a drunk on the road. here's what happened.i got into an accident few weeks ago.the pavement was wet and slippery coz it rained at that time. i had a stick shift car with only basic insurance. i lost control of my car when turning a sharp curve where there was a puddle just sitting in my lane.as soon as im about to turn, i shifted down to 15 but instead of the car turning where its supposed to turn, my tires lost traction to the pavement and there she was in front of me..the damage of our car is at the drivers front. we both stopped at the middle of our lane, no airbags deployed.few seconds, she accelerated and went straight to the fence, that is where things went worst. her airbag deployed and that is where she got her injury..a cut in her arm.i only had a whiplash. they said it was my fault. but i dont think its all my fault that things went worst.i have 2 tickets and guessing they would file a lawsuit to me..what should it do?and her bill in the hospital is more than $20,000..what should i do?

How to remove mold and mildew smell on my carpet?

Hi, I am wondering if anybody can give me any advices on removing the stinky milder smells on my carpet? What happened was, it got too cold at our house this winter, it got 25 below zero and we we're not home that time, and when we came back we found out that our pipe broke from the cold and it made a big mess on our carpet. I think it flooded 2 days on our house before we came back, then when we got home,I waited 24 hours before I vacuum it cause I never thought it'll get worst. Then when I vacuum the water out from it, I got about 30 gallons out from the carpet but I believe there was more left underneath the carpet. I sprayed a little bit of baking soda on it Cause I thought it may help but still, it didn't. Then, I washed it with soap and water and vacuum and dry it again with a fan but still it didn't help so next I mixed water and white vinger and sprayed it on the carpet hopefully this time it would work. It's been over 3 weeks now since we have the problem and still the carpet is still stinky even though I did my best to clean it up. Any advices will be appreciated. Thank you

33 weeks pregnant and PRESSURE like you wouldn't believe...?

I am in my late twenties and have only had a few girlfriends in my entire life. They all have lasted about 2 years each and have also all ended pretty much the same way. I am not a weak or affectionate man. I do not have a need to be touched or slobbered on constantly. Girls see this as me not finding them attractive. I will not have before I am married because I am not a dirtbag. But all of the aforementioned things were not the main reasons for the breakups that took place. I am sorry I can't give you them off the top of my head right now, but one thing you could do is either google modern english of "quote here..." also they make lots of books that have the shakespeare version on one side and modern english on the other so if you don't need it tonight you could prob. get one from your library or bookstore. I would suggest using it in moderation though cause although it is tempting to read all in modern english, one day you may have to read something with no modern english translation. Its perfectly fine to use for a few lines you don't get though! Again sorry I can't do it off the top of my head!

Bleeding and diarrhea any ideas? :(?

My father have had this bleeding with bowl movement for sometime now. He had a colonoscopy and endonoscopy. That's the doctors check your insides through mouth and rectum and the results were OK..But the bleeding and diarrhea continues, I feel so bad because he stays in the restrooms for at least 10 minutes each time. He eats normal and works out almost every day. On top of all a very healthy man but with this problem. Does anyone have any ideas of what might this be? Thank you for your help!

I've had my licence now for 6 month and have driven quite a few cars but the car i have at the minute is an 02 fiat seicento (rubbish i know) but it's unsafe and i'm looking for a new one.
