Want to learn to play Guitar, i am 14 living in Cardiff, Wales, U.K.?

I want to learn to play eletric Guitar, Iam 14 and live in the city of Cardiff in South Wales. I played for many years in Primary school on a clical and when i went to High School 3 years ago i decided to stop becasue i wasent sure if i wanted to continue. Ive fogotten it all now. I want to teach my self but i need to buy a Guitar and AMP. Where in the city of Cardiff and around the Greater Cardiff/South East Wales area can i get a good cheap electric Guirtar shop and places which sell books to teach you self. Thanks dudes Richie
