How come people don't consider batman a superhero? but Iornman is consider a superhero?

Ok, i have always thought of Batman and Green Arrow has superheros,but people are saying they are not because they have no powers so does that mean Iornman isnt a superhero cause he has no powers either, he is just rich like batman and batman has batrobot that gives him superstreagth like Iornman's suit. so then why are these heros not consider superheros? the defiention of superhero is : A superhero is fictional character "of unprecedented, physical prowess dedicated to acts of derring-do in the public interest.” is marvel's black cat not a superhero then either? she only has toys like batman. what about stargirl with out her belt and rod witch her step dad bulit she is nothing? stargirl even said she had no powers. so then none of these are superheros or are they? they are lots of others in DC and Marvel like these heros. so do you count them has superheros or no because of lack of powers. even tho batman's skills are used more than his toys. and superman is nothing powerless
