My testicles don't ache if I squeeze them anymore, I'm concerned..?

I do have a small 1/2 pea size lump in the epiditymis of my right testicle, it was checked on ultrasound. They said it was a benign cyst. Well, I just notice that when I squeeze my testicles there is absolutely no ache. I'm just kind of concerned. It used to at least ache up in my abdomen. I have to squeeze hard just to feel anything a little bit up there (not comfortable doing this) Also, there are all kinds of visible spider veins in the skin of the sack that weren't there before. The urologist seems unconcerned. I've been having all kinds of weird symptoms lately, intermittent achy upper abdomen, intermittent achy ribs in my back, thighs sometimes get a dull deep achy burn. Any ideas? This has been going on 4 months, it's becoming insane!!
