What Are Your Birth Control Methods/Combinations?

I'm mostly doing this for curiosity, and just to start a good discussion. Personally, my girlfriend and my self use a combination of oral birth control pills, and pulling out, worked great so far, this is convenient for us since were each others first and only partner, so no STD to worry about. But i want to hear what the answers community does, or thinks, if your in a monogamous relationship or sleeping around usually makes a big difference as well, and i will still choose best answer =) also comment on others BC methods, discuss =P
