Starting a Senior Concierge(companion) biz non-medical and want to niche it any ideas?

I want to differentiate it or make somehow this fall into a niche. I like helping people learn computers so maybe that is a side focus and in the future i could hire somebody that is more like a handlyman and that is good at cooking but is there some way to niche this thing where so many franchises exist like comfort keepers etc i have to find some way to differentiate since the market is validated but i don't want to go head to head against those big guys. Please help with some ideas to help me differentiate. Thank you.
