Is there an Ethernet to wifi device like this?

I need a simple device that one end connects into an ethernet cable, and converts the ethernet cable into a wifi signal. Very similar to those usb wifi devices that plug into your computer to make a hotspot with your internet except cut out the middle man ( computer ). Just connects to ethernet and makes wifi. is there a device already out that does this?
