What are your opinions of the Obama-Chimp-Stimulus cartoon?

I think the cartoon was portraying the writers(congress) of the stimulus as rabid monkeys. It wasn`t really that funny. I mean comparing congress to chimps is an insult to chimps. But alot of people and press have been calling the stimulus bill the Obama Stimulus bill so I can see where some may think its racist. When in doubt don`t make the monkey refrence.
