Who can service my Hitachi 50" big screen in Winchester, VA?

It has to do with the vertical alignment of the colors and even Circuit City said to try a repair before spending another $2500! I have done all that the menu will allow. Red and yellow float into position but blue will not move! Thanks for any help with this! Football season no less!
