How illegal is this??

I am opening my own online shop with cafe press or spread shirt, and it is basically peoples own design they want. I made an iPhone case that says Aperture Laboratories from Portal and if i sell that how illegal is it and what are the risks. also if someone suggest something like Xbox or something how illegal it that and what are the risks
