Is there a free fortran compiler for windows 7; 64 bit system and it should run on DOS prompt?

Go to the Cygwin site (sources.redhat.com/cygwin) and install the Base package along with the GCC compilers where the Devel packages are located. There is also a GCC compiler package developed for the Minimalist Gnu for Windows (MinGW).
