URGENT:Power attorney to my FIL?

Problem is that most of the Indian guys residing abroad simply check the websites & come to conclusion regarding any issue, but when it comes to ground reality they come to know that whatever mentioned in the websites posted by Indian government was already out dated & new amendments in the legal provisions never made in the existing websites. The most unfortunate thing is when they contact any practicing lawyer with regard to their issue back here in India & when the lawyer wants his professional fee for all the legal consultancy/advice these NRI not only become nasty in their approach but even send such nasty replies that no Indian Lawyer will be happy to help any of these NRIs living abroad. Any how your case is quite simple & it doesn't require much headache for you, just sent a general power of attorney with your pport size photo attached on the top, in favor of your father in law which should be signed by you, witnessed & attested by the notary public along with his notary stamp. This POA will be applicable, legal & valid for any immovable property transfer in India, along with this send copy of your proof of citizenship (citizenship card/pport), PIO card these two should also be properly attested by the notary public. These all doents shall be sufficient in your case.
