What can i use to backup non- islamic radicalism?

In your opinion, is islamic stereotypes gonna harm anyone (countrys, politics in the world exc.???) Thanks (it's for history we're studying cause and effect of Stereotyping muslims... so if you have any extra info i appreciate it!!!)
