4 yr relationship : Leave or Stay?

Ok me and my bf been together for 4 yrs on and off. I love him very much but I been having feelings and dreams of being with other ppl. ( no1 in particular). Ok he is very good to me and my daughter ( not his ,had her during a long official break-up). My 1st issue is Hygiene , he really never takes showers maybe once or twice a week . But he works 8-10 hrs a day in a hot environment. I have talked with him about taking showers and possibly wearing cologne but he agrees and never puts forth action. Also when it comes to goals like going to school he really doesn't have any ambitious there either, but i don't fuss because he has a job and goes faithfully. We don't have relations because of that issue above. I ask him to lets focus and work on each other being closer but to me he just sits around and plays the game.I have ual difference with stamina and satisfaction on his part, but I love him dearly and wish things were better between us. Am I crazy for my physical needs wanting to be meant? Can a person live without physical desire forever. What do I do , this is just a survey I am not really going to do any thing drastic i just wanted a poll of ideas. Like I said before I really do love him he takes very good care of me but physically we are lacking and I don't feel physically close to him. Keep in that I am very aggressive and dominant , he's kind of timid but well speak up when necessary. I know he's gotta notice this issue but does nothing about it. So what do you think?
